UNIT 7: PROPERTIES OF MATTER
STUDENTS LEARNING OUTCOMES (SLOs)
Matter is made up of tiny particles called molecules. Matter exists in different states. three basic states of matter are solid liquid and gas.The properties of matter in these states can be described on the basis of the forces and distances between their molecules and energy of the molecules..The temperature and pressure of a gas depends upon the motion of its molecules. A change in volume of a fixed mass of a gas at constant temperature is caused by a change in pressure applied to the gas
